SHIPPING TIME, CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Shipping:
Please note that orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. Please note that this is only an estimate and Buycoolshirts does not guarantee shipping within that time frame. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination. All customers receive an email confirmation with tracking number when their order ships.

International Orders:
Buycoolshirts ships to many European countries. If you have any questions regarding out of country shipping costs, please contact us before you place your order. Buycoolshirts will not assume responsibility for duties or customs charges some foreign countries may charge. For international orders, we use US Postal Service Airmail exclusively.

Return Policy:
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless the mistake is ours). If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, or wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt to the address below. If the items are simply not working for you, you may return them for a refund. You will receive a form with complete instruction with your order. Returned items must be in perfect, resell-able condition.
